Garden Fresh Foods is a
grower of Soft Fruits and Vegetables, located in south Langley, British
Columbia.
We were Certified Organic for many years but due to
scaling down and the cost of Certification we are no longer Certified
Organic. However, we continue to grow using the same Certified Organic
Standards.
I have prided myself on producing good healthy food
for my family and have continued to carry on this lifestyle to accommodate
my customers.
With the growing of the berries and vegetables I
have taken that extra step and produce value added products such as Jams,
Jellies, Pickles, and baked goods. Utilizing the products that I grow myself
and also purchasing organically grown fruits from other farmers, I continue
to do canning and baking.
During the years that I was raising my five sons one
of my priorities were that they all grew up healthy. By keeping to these
lifestyle standards they all have grown up with very few health problems.

I will carry on "Farming the Organic Way" and I
will continue to produce value added products, but I also try to educate
anyone that would like to be more involved in good eating and healthy
cooking.

White Rock Farmers Market
- Starting May 6th 2007 and every Sunday until the first week of
October - located at 14th Avenue and George Street, in downtown White Rock,

1:00 pm.
We will have lots
of Baking and Canning for the first six week until our berries and veggies
are ready.
